Zoŗà is an online platform designed for astronomy and astrophotography enthusiasts. We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing services – enabling users to access features such as interactive maps, an observation planner, weather forecasts, storage for photos, and a blog and forum platform.
- Personalizing user experience – adjusting displayed content, such as celestial body data (sunrise and sunset times), based on the user's location and preferences.
- Technical support and customer service – providing technical assistance and responding to user inquiries.
- Data security and protection – ensuring user security and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Marketing activities – for promotional purposes, such as informing users about new app features, astronomy events, or special offers, subject to user consent.
Data Recipients
In the course of its operations, Zoŗà may disclose your personal data to the following entities:

- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Do you need to provide your data?
Providing personal data is necessary to access some of Zoŗà's features, such as personalized interactive maps, the observation planner, photo storage, or streaming capabilities. For other functionalities, like browsing general astronomy information or the event calendar, providing personal data is not required, and you can use these parts of the app anonymously.
If your data has been provided by another entity, such as in collaboration with a content creator or an astronomy organization, it will be processed only to the extent necessary for that collaboration.
In other cases, such as processing data for marketing purposes (e.g., notifications about new features or promotions), providing data is voluntary.
Data Transfer to Third Countries
As a general rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, due to the nature of IT support services provided by our subcontractors, certain data may be transferred to recognized IT subcontractors outside the EEA in connection with maintaining IT infrastructure.
